New members appointed to Podravka's Supervisory Board and Management

At its session held on Friday (24 February 2012), the Podravka Supervisory Board made a decision to appoint Dubravko Stimac as the chairman of the Podravka Supervisory Board. His deputy is prof.dr.sc. Mato Crkvenac, who has recently been appointed by the Government Asset Management Agency (AUDIO) as a member of the Podravka Supervisory Board, replacing prof.dr.sc. Ljubo Jurcic in that position.
Apart from prof.dr.sc. Mate Crkvenac, the Government Asset Management Agency has also appointed prof.dr.sc. Ivo Druzic to the Podravka Supervisory Board, who will replace former member Miljenko Javorovic, it was announced on the company's website.
Following the stated appointments to the Supervisory Board, changes ensued within the Podravka Management Board as well.
The newly appointed chairman of the Podravka Management Board is Zvonimir Mrsic, former mayor of Koprivnica, while new members of the Management Board are dr.sc. Jadranka Ivankovic, senior lecturer at Vern private university, Olivija Jakupec, present assistant director at Jadransko Osiguranje in Koprivnica, Jorn Pedersen, present senior vice president of the Danish company Uhrenholt and the CEO of Uhrenholt Russia, and Miroslav Klepac, member of the Iskon Internet Management Board.
Termination of the term by mutual consent has been agreed with Podravka's former Management Board, headed by Miroslav Vitkovic, who is appointed as the new director of Podravka in Ljubljana and the foreign operations adviser to the chairman of the Management Board.
Apart from Miroslav Vitkovic, Krunoslav Besvir and Miroslav Repic will remain within the company and assume the position of a marketing executive and an operating efficiency executive, respectively.
Former Management Board members Lidija Kljajic and Marin Pucar are leaving the company.
