Eagle Hills has no comment on General Staff project

When asked by Insajder whether it would also withdraw from the project, Eagle Hills responded that if there is any official news, it will be announced through appropriate channels.
Mohamed Alabbar, an investor from the United Arab Emirates and majority owner of "Belgrade Waterfront", previously stated in an interview with Insajder in May this year that he believed that the project on the site of the General Staff was "good for Serbia".
Prior to that, Reuters reported that Alabbar, who is also the president of the "Eagle Hills" company, had collaborated with Kushner on a possible investment on the site of the bombed General Staff.
When asked about the planned investments and obligations of the Serbian state, Alabbar said in an interview that it was "too early for that," and that he "thinks that the contract was signed only with Kushner's companies."
The contract that defined the relations between the state and the investor in the General Staff case, which was published in the meantime by the weekly Radar, allows the strategic partner to transfer the contract to an affiliated entity based in the United Arab Emirates without Serbia's consent.
