Delegations of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have begun negotiations on amendments to the Agreement on Border Crossings, amendments to the Agreement on Joint Locations at Border Crossings and Annex 2 to the Agreement on Joint Locations, in order to establish a joint location at the Sremska Raca-Raca border crossing.

The statement from the Ministry of Interior says that this will enable the establishment of a new joint border crossing on the highway, which is under construction, which would increase the speed and efficiency of the flow of passengers, goods and services.

The interlocutors noted that the new crossing would contribute to better functioning of traffic, strengthening economic cooperation and facilitating everyday cross-border communication.

The head of the Serbian delegation in these talks is the Assistant Director of the Police, Police General Dejan Lukovic.
