The word is that the management of Novosti offered to minor stockholders to deposit their stocks into broker company Citadel securities, which will sell them on the stock exchange at price of 3,200 EUR. The offers of Divac and WAZ for procurement of stocks are under injunction. However, there is possibility that Divac will take over the stocks of Novosti if the stockholders deposit their assets in company Divac.co, i.e. through additional capitalization.
