From Monday, December 8, Serbian citizens will be able to register their property for legalization at post offices across Serbia, said Zoran Andjelkovic, acting director of the Serbian Post Office, today.

- Starting from December 8, 560 counters will be available to citizens across Serbia - Andjelkovic told reporters. He said that this service would not be charged, stating that the Serbian Post Office wanted to help in the implementation of this major project.

Applications under the new Law on Registration of Rights to Real Estate begin on December 8 and will last until February 8, 2026.

Applications can be submitted electronically in any municipality, regardless of where the property is located.
