PI Niskogradnja from Pirot for sale – Starting price 20.6 million dinars

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has announced the sale of the bankruptcy debtor Niskogradnja - PI AD Pirot, by public bidding. The company is being sold as a legal entity, at a starting price of 20.6 million dinars.

The most significant asset is the complex at BB Srpskih vladara Street, which includes several buildings and construction land with a total area of over 13,000 m2. Additional real estate on another plot with several buildings is also on offer, as well as movable assets - equipment, supplies and biological assets.

The sales documentation can be purchased until December 15, and the public bidding will be held on December 23.
