Nine domestic companies awarded contract to furnish 1,500 apartments in EXPO complex – Contract worth 4.3 billion dinars

SPV Galovica 1 d.o.o. has awarded a contract to furnish the entire E2 residential building, intended for supporting accommodation capacities within the EXPO 2027 complex in Belgrade. The contract value is 4.3 billion dinars.

The job was entrusted to a group of domestic bidders consisting of nine companies, including Jugooprema, Temma Trade, EWE Comp, Union Drvo, Marahome, Tigris Technologies, Dipo, DremCo and Atlas.

The procurement includes the complete furnishing of 11 buildings with a total of 1,500 residential units, including furniture, home appliances, kitchens, dishes, bedding, lighting and decorative elements. The apartments will be equipped with TV stands, wardrobes, tables, chairs, sofas and other interior elements, while additional functional and decorative units are planned for the shared areas.

Apartments of various structures, from one and a half to four-room apartments, have an average area of about 55 m2. The buildings are designed with a floor plan of B+GF+7, underground garages and commercial premises on the ground floor.

SPV Galovica 1 is one of six special purpose vehicles formed by the Government of Serbia to build a residential complex for EXPO 2027. Upon completion of the works and issuance of occupancy permits, the SPV entities will be liquidated, and the assets and liabilities will be transferred to the Republic Property Directorate.
