Chinese Changan to start selling its electric cars in Serbia

The Chinese company Changan Automobile, one of the leading global car manufacturers, is starting to sell the new electric SUV models Deepal S07 and S05 on the Serbian and Western Balkan markets, announced Dejan Stupar, Executive Director of the Automotive Division of OMR Group. The first deliveries to customers will begin in December.


Customers are also able to schedule test drives of both models at the Ada Motors showroom at 22 Radnicka Street in Belgrade.

Stupar announced that the first Changan showroom BM Motors would open in Savograd (New Belgrade) on November 21 and start operating.

– We will offer customers a complete ecosystem related to chargers, for home chargers, chargers in companies and applications that accompany the entire story related to Changan – said Stupar.

The warranty on the vehicles, as he added, is seven years, or 200,000 kilometers.

The dealer network will also include Novi Sad, Kragujevac, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Podgorica, Skopje and Tirana in the coming period.

Changan is a leading Chinese automobile manufacturer with 41 years of experience and it is headquartered in Chongqing, and its portfolio includes its own brands, such as Changan, Deepal and Avatr, as well as the joint ventures Changan Ford and Changan Mazda.
