Chinese business people interested in food products, focusing on wine, rakija and honey – Cooperation with Yumco also possible

A Serbian delegation, led by Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic, held a series of meetings with companies in the field of information technology in Fuzhou, China, and one of them announced the opening of a research and development center in Belgrade.

A company that manufactures sports and functional clothing discussed possible cooperation with the Yumco factory, RTS reported.

The Serbian delegation also met with the leaders of the Fujian province, and a business forum was held beforehand, where the benefits of investing in Serbia were presented.

The meeting was attended by the two largest retail chains operating in Fujian.

Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic points out that the focus was on Serbian wines, rakijas, honey, confectionery, everything that is competitive, fresh fruit and vegetables, which, as she says, they were particularly interested in.

– We will continue the discussion and fight for new jobs and the best possible placement of Serbian products in the Fujian province, where we were warmly welcomed. By the way, starting from the city of Xiamen, certain retail chains already have products on their shelves and I hope that consumers are satisfied – said Mesarovic.
