PI ECO-SOLAR Green Energy planning to build solar power plant near Zajecar

The City Administration of the City of Zajecar has announced public access to the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the Salas solar power plant on the territory of the cadastral municipality of Salas.

The investor and client of the plan is PI ECO-SOLAR Green Energy d.o.o. Belgrade, while the plan is prepared by Biro Cvetkovic d.o.o. Knjazevac.

According to the plan, the construction of a solar power plant with an approved power of up to 10 MW at the connection point is planned, with photovoltaic modules, inverters, X/35 kV transformation and a 35 kV distribution plant, through which the power plant will be connected to the distribution electricity system.

The plan covers an area of 18.82 hectares in the eastern part of the cadastral municipality of Salas, within the administrative area of the city of Zajecar.

Currently, the land within the scope of the plan is used mainly for agriculture, but is largely devastated and uncultivated. On part of this land, the plan is to build a solar power plant with all the accompanying facilities - internal access roads, underground power and fiber optic cables and other infrastructure necessary for the operation of the plant.

Part of the land will retain its existing purpose - agricultural activity in the zone of direct influence of the power plant, with the possibility of using it in the future, after resolving property and legal relations, to expand the capacity of the plant in accordance with the construction rules from the plan.

Public access will last until December 17.
