Valuer sought for Kragujevac-based company Ratko Mitrovic in bankruptcy

The bankruptcy administrator of the company Ratko Mitrovic doo in bankruptcy has announced a call for bids for the valuation of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity.

The valuation is being carried out in preparation for the sale of the company, and the valuer will, in accordance with international accounting standards, determine the value of the legal entity in a manner that ensures the greatest benefit to creditors.

In addition, the valuer will need to determine the appropriateness of selling the debtor as a legal entity in relation to the individual sale of its assets.

This company has been in bankruptcy since 2017, and its main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
