MM Crown Office company acquires Dvadeset prvi maj holding from Rakovica for RSD 157.8 million

At a public sale organized by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, the holding company 21. maj (Dvadeset prvi maj) a.d. Beograd in bankruptcy was sold as a legal entity for RSD 157.85 million. The buyer is MM Crown Office doo Beograd.

The sale was conducted by public bidding.

The assets of the bankruptcy debtor include three buildings in Rakovica, an administrative building with an area of 1,228 m², a reception area of 55 m² and a substation of 122 m², as well as the right to use land on several cadastral plots in the cadastral municipality of Resnik.

The sale also includes potential ownership rights to two apartments in Belgrade, shares in the joint-stock company Recreatours, a 51% ownership stake in the company Dimbi doo Beograd, as well as numerous claims from apartment purchase contracts and active and passive legal standing in civil and enforcement proceedings.
