Air Serbia and airBaltic to expand cooperation agreement: Airbus A220-300 soon in Air Serbia’s fleet

Air Serbia and airBaltic have announced the expansion of their existing cooperation with the signing of a two-year wet lease agreement. Starting from November 1, 2025, airBaltic will operate flights on behalf of Air Serbia using modern Airbus A220-300 aircraft with a capacity of 148 seats, the Serbian national airline carrier announced.

By introducing airBaltic and next-generation aircraft into its own operations, Air Serbia is further enhancing the passenger experience and continuing the process of strengthening and expanding its route network. During the upcoming winter season, two airBaltic aircraft will be engaged in Air Serbia’s operations, while as many as four aircraft will be in service during the 2026 summer season, the press release says.
