Imlek's shareholders to get dividend of RSD 36 per share

Belgrade-based Imlek, the largest Serbian dairy company that has recently been sold to the Dutch company Royal FrieslandCampina, has announced cash dividend payment of RSD 36 per share in gross.
The holder-of-record day was on 10 January and dividend will be payable until the end of the current year.
At its extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, which took place on 25 January, shareholders also approved employee performance bonus in the amount of RSD 425m.
Since the beginning of this year, the shares of Imlek have gained 18.3%. At the closing price of RSD 2.785, the company's market capitalization amounts to RSD 25.2bn (EUR 238.4m).
