Marina Dorcol sales pavilion – Innovative VR walk through most attractive investment in Belgrade

Today, a global innovation in the real estate industry was exclusively presented to the public - an experience of the future Marina Dorcol settlement in virtual reality (VR).

By opening the Marina Dorcol sales pavilion in Belgrade, investor SEBRE introduced a new standard in the domestic real estate market.

The pavilion offers buyers and investors the opportunity to experience the project before it is completed through a model, exhibition materials and a special VR experience in a cave, a virtual walk through the apartments and a panoramic view of the river.

“Most often, people who buy apartments in Marina Dorcol decide to buy for their families. They have recognized the quality of construction, comfort and security that the project offers. Buyer interest is already confirming the attractiveness of the project, with more than 40% of the apartments in the first phase having been sold, ranging from one-bedroom to luxury penthouse units.

The first phase includes a total of 263 apartments, began in July of this year, and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028.

Marina Dorcol was designed by world-renowned Czech architect Stanislav Fiala and Serbian architect Jelena Kuzmanovic within the partnership firm Kuzmanovic + Fiala.

The project also offers numerous public facilities: a riverside promenade, shops and catering areas, pontoons for recreational water sports, and as much as 30,000 m² of green areas, along with special garages and comfortable parking spaces.

The sales pavilion shows that Marina Dorcol is changing the way real estate is presented in Serbia, through a combination of architecture, innovation, and direct customer experience.
