Shareholders' Assembly of Pivovarna Lasko rejects capital increase

Pivovarna Lasko's shareholders did not give their consent for a EUR 36.5 million capital increase at the shareholders' assembly.

It was decided that Pivovarna Lasko would be transformed into a contracting group. When it comes to Agrokor's takeover bid for Mercator, shareholders got familiar with the sales contract, but they did not make any decision. The Assembly invited banks to reschedule the company's liabilities.
