Company from Stajicevo planning to build production facility in business zone in Zrenjanin

A new investment is on the horizon in the city on the Begej.

The company LKW Nikolic from Stajicevo has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the construction of a production facility in Zrenjanin, the Department for Environmental Protection of the City Administration announced.

The ground-floor production facility is planned to be built in the “Jugoistok II B” business zone.

The investor LKW Nikolic intends to produce metal parts, assemblies and structures in this facility, as well as to provide packaging services of all sizes for production facilities.

The plan is for this facility to prefabricate steel and welded plates, profiles, rods and the like.

The structure of the work includes warehousing, production, quality control and delivery. The products will be cut, processed, machined, assembled and welded in the production facility.

The designed facility has a total gross developed area of 364.14 square meters and dimensions are 14 by 26.01 meters.
