Office space in “Palata Albanija” building up for sale, price 10 million – Attractive real estate of Beogradska banka on offer

The Deposit Insurance Agency, as the bankruptcy administrator of Beogradska banka a.d. Beograd in bankruptcy and Univerzal banka a.d. Beograd in bankruptcy, has announced the sale of property by public bidding.

The subject of the sale are two attractive office spaces of Beogradska banka in the center of Belgrade.

The first is located in the “Palata Albanija” building, with an area of 3,324 m2, with an estimated value of EUR 10 million. A deposit of EUR 1.5 million is required to participate in the bidding.

The other office space is located at 3-5 Sremska Street, with a total area of 1,837 m2, with an estimated value of EUR 5.2 million, while the deposit is EUR 780,000.

As stated in the ad, the real estate that is the subject of the sale has the status of a cultural asset - a cultural monument, and the minimum acceptable offer for each of them must be 100% of the estimated value.

The same tender also offers for sale, among other things, land in the vicinity of Kraljevo, as well as an office building in Titel, owned by Univerzal banka.
