Glamping coming to Goc as well – Tourist complex with bungalows, swimming pools, sauna and restaurant planned

The company Mioprojekt from Vrnjacka Banja has developed an urban design for new tourist facilities in Goc, at the request of investors - natural persons. According to the design, on plots with a total area of 10,422 m2, the construction of 12 typical glamping bungalows, two swimming pools, saunas, as well as the conversion and extension of an agricultural facility into a restaurant and the reconstruction of a residential building, are planned.

The glamping bungalows are designed as ground-floor buildings with a porch, a room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The estimated cost of their construction is around 10 million dinars.

The plots already contain facilities with connections to the electricity and water supply networks, while the new glamping bungalows will have their own water supply, biodegradable septic tanks and will not require additional connections to the infrastructure.

The project also includes the following facilities under construction:

• Reconstruction and extension of a residential building,
• Conversion of an agricultural building into a restaurant on the same plot,
• Two swimming pools,
• Sauna.

The public presentation of the urban planning project lasts until September 6.
