From furniture and decoration, to household appliances and kitchenware – Tender for equipping of 1,500 apartments within EXPO 2027 complex opened

The company SPV Galovica 1 d.o.o. Beograd has opened a public invitation for bids for the equipping of residential buildings in until E2 - side housing capacities without the EXPO 2027 complex.

The tender encompasses the procurement of a wide range of equipment. In concrete terms, the plan includes elements such as wash basin stands, closets, TV stands, carpets and rugs, sofas and beds, tables and chairs, lighting, bedsheets, curtains, decorative pillows, household appliances, kitchens and kitchenware. The project pertains to 11 facilities with a total of 1,500 housing units.

Apartments of various structures are planned within the complex - from one-a-half-room to four-room apartments - with an average area of around 55 m2. The number of floors in the buildings will be B+GF+7, with underground garages and office spaces on the ground floor.

Let us remind that SPV Galovica 1 is one of the six special purpose vehicles (SPVs) that the Government of Serbia founded at the beginning of last year for the needs of the construction of residential facilities within EXPO 2027. In addition to it, SPV Galovica 2 and 3, as well as SPV Petrac 1, 2 and 3, were established. After the construction is finished and the use permits are issued, these entities are to stop existing, and their rights and obligations are to be transferred to the Republic Property Directorate.
