Ski Resorts of Serbia expanding capacities on Kopaonik – Construction of Mali Karaman combined gondola, supporting ski trails, three connecting ski trails and skiing range for beginners planned

The PE Ski Resorts of Serbia plans to improve and expand services at the Kopaonik Ski Center, and ahead of this, this company has announced a procurement procedure for the development of urban projects and technical documentation for facilities and features in the wider Mali Karaman location of this Kopaonik Ski Center.

Mali Karaman is a public ski resort area with a high concentration of skiers, and the number of trails, additional facilities and connections to the Valley of Sports does not sufficiently meet current needs. The plan is to build the Mali Karaman combined gondola-cable car, supporting ski trails, 3 connecting ski trails and a skiing range for beginners, as well as a sports and recreational complex with summer facilities in the area next to the artificial Mali Karaman Lake.

The selected bidder is, as stated, obliged to develop appropriate urban projects, necessary technical documentation and supporting documentation. The deadline for this job is 730 days.

The estimated value of the job is 50.1 million dinars excluding VAT.
