C&A fashion company in Aviv Park - New brands in Pancevo-based retail center as of April 2012

Aviv Park will have some new brands in its offer starting April 2012, when the fourth phase of the construction of this retail park in Pancevo is due to be completed. The company Danos has continued to successfully rent the office space within that complex, and one of the world's largest fashion companies - C&A, is expected to arrive soon, accompanied by brands Sportvision, Metro Shoes, Lili, Oviesse, and others.

- A new section in the Pancevo-based retail park will span 5,000 square meters. Lease agreements have already been signed with new tenants, and no more office space is available in this phase - Ivan Simic, director of the Belgrade-based office of Danos, told eKapija.

Among the current tenants of Aviv Park in Pancevo are: Deichmann, Golden Rose, JYSK, Takko, Peacocks, New Yorker, Tref sport, Amatti, Fox Fashion, DIS...

Danos has already started booking office space for the next phase of the construction of the retail park in Pancevo.
