Paracin selling parcel in industrial zone Zmic

The Municipality of Paracin has advertised the sale of land for the purpose of the construction of facilities in the industrial zone Zmic, through the method of collecting written bids.

The subject of the sale is the parcel no. 2131/13 KO Paracin, with an area of 35,217 m2, publicly owned by the Municipality of Paracin.

The parcel is meant for production activities combined with business activities, industrial production and construction of office-administrative facilities with the possibility of high-capacity construction.

The initial price of the parcel is EUR 223,297.

Bids may be sent by September 10, and the opening of the bids is scheduled for five days later.
