Petroleum Industry of Serbia obtained new CEO, Srđan Bošković insted of Dušan Pavlović

The Administrative Board of Stock Company Petroleum Industry of Serbia appointed Srđan Bošnjaković for new CEO of NIS and for president of Executive Board of that company.

Bošnjaković, former executive director of branch NIS-TNG, in accordance with the Statut of the company, was appointed for the executive director of NIS-Petrol, the biggest branch of NIS.

According to the announcement of the Petroleum Industry of Serbia, this is the continuation of the process of forming of new management team that will lead the company through the privatization process and whose task is to increase the value of the national oil company through realization of pre-privatization investments.

Former CEO of NIS, president of the Executive Board and Executive director of NIS-Petrol was Dušan Pavlović. The Administrative Board of NIS appointed Saša Ilić for the executive director of NIS-TNG. He used to be the deputy of the manager of that branch.
