Serbian-Austrian company "Austrubau" to have big techno-park built in Moscow - estimated value is 1 billion USD

Serbian-Austrian joint venture "Austrubau" won on the tender for realization of project "Nagatino island" in Moscow worth 1 billion USD.

Representing project "Islands of high business-technology", Radomir Teofilović, director general of the aforementioned company, 95% of employees of which are from Serbia, said that the construction of eight facilities, on surface of 216,000 square meters, was planned in the first phase. The deadline for completion of works is 21 months.

The project investor is company "Moscow's business incubator" whose director general Andrej Astahanov stated that "Nagatino island", only seven kilometers away from Kremlj, would be the biggest building site in Moscow and one of the biggest in Russia.

As a modern techno-park, on 32ha, the entire complex in the south part of Moscow, will encompass 1 million square meters with 35 facilities intended for small and mid-sized enterprises. This complex will employ 150,000 people.

The hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, exhibit space and conference halls will be settled in the aforementioned facilities whose completion is expected in five years.
