The USAID Business Enabling Project has announced that it has set up a new web portal, Policy Café Serbia (http://www.policycafe.rs/), to strengthen awareness and facilitate discussion of business and economic reforms in Serbia.
This new site provides analysis and commentary, access to experts and resources, and other information to foster public private dialogue and improve decision-making on reforms that will lead to investment-fueled business growth and competitiveness.
Policy Café is open to the public - and it has something for everyone with an interest in the country’s economic development. It invites all people to share their idea, opinions, and research on how Serbia can overcome economic challenges, improve the environment for businesses, or improve the role of the state in these endeavors.
There is a special section for journalists on Policy Cafe Serbia. It is named Journalist Corner, and it offers Economic Glossary and Terms, Contact List of Economists, Technical Resources&Briefs, etc.
This interactive portal will also post virtual debates between economists, policymakers, and market practitioners on business and economic policy issues.
