MM Produkt to build recycling center in Lestane – Two halls and business spaces on over 2,900 m2

The company MM Produkt is planning to build a new recycling center in Lestance, at 109a Kruzni Put Street. The urban project envisages a facility that aligns with the parcel on one side, with the number of floors from GF to GF+1 and a total aboveground gross developed area of 2,909.77 m2.

Two separate halls will be built on a parcel of 5,472 m2, of which each will have its own business space.

According to the project task of the investor, this is the “mirror” concept, which means that both units will be symmetrically organized, enabling efficient work within various fields.

The urban project was prepared by IBM Consult from Belgrade, whereas the architectural part of the project was prepared by Lark Project.

The public presentation will last until July 29.
