This is MyFlow, behind which is Tanja Lazarevic - a physical activity expert with over 20 years of experience in working with individuals and teams, focused on improving mental health communications, personal development and energy management.

Regeneration as mission

– I entered the world of startups due to my need to solve a real problem - not out of the desire to make yet another product – Tanja says. For more than 20 years, she has worked with people of the most various professions, helping them regain their energy and balance. However, something has changed: even the most successful among them increasingly reported having no strength, time, or capacity to recover.

At the same time, through multidisciplinary work and scientific research, Tanja researched, with increasing depth, the influence of the movements, sound and color on the brain and the emotions. When the results of that research matched the real needs of the market, the decision was clear:

– I decided to turn this into a tech solution and that is how MyFlow came to be – she says.

For her, entering the world of startups was a natural continuation of a personal and professional mission: to make science and care for people available to everybody.
