Bosqar Invest acquires majority stake in Croatian Mlinar Group, which also owns Hleb i kifle chain – Transaction worth over EUR 100 million

Bosqar Invest and its partners signed the takeover of a 67% indirect stake in Mlinar Group, a leading bakery group from Zagreb. The transaction, whose total value exceeds EUR 100 million, has received regulatory approvals from the competent authorities and met all relevant requirements. Mlinar Group also operates in Serbia, through the Hleb i kifle bakery chain.

Bosqar acquired a majority stake from MidEuropa, a European private equity investor.

MidEuropa retained a minority stake and will continue, as announced, supporting the group’s strategic development and expansion across regional and international markets.
