Company from Vojka to start building retail park in Becej on over 6,000 m2 in August

The president of the municipality of Becej, Vuk Radojevic, has signed the agreement on the alienation of building land with representatives of Cluster Properties from Vojka, Milan Vitomir and Nebojsa Radovic.

On a parcel of slightly over 6,000 m2, the company is planning to build a retail facility - retail park, and the beginning of the works is announced for August this year.

In the planned facility, the tenants will include brands such as dm drogerie, Sinsay, Pepco, Maxi Delhaize, Woby House, Octopus bookstore, Planeta, Jysk, Dr Max pharmacy, and a hospitality facility. The project should enable the employment of around 130 workers.

According to the investor’s plan, the opening of the retail park in Becej is planned for April next year.
