"Viator i Vektor", new owner of "Zastava šped", production of buses in Serbia?

"Viator i Vektor", after it included Zastava šped, the main freight-forwarding company of Kragujevac-based holding and one of three biggest so-far sold companies of "Zastava", in its system, it wishes to expand its freight-forwarding business to SCG, to carry out overhaul of military vehicles and to produce buses in Serbia.

Five-year contract on freight-forwarding has been signed with "Zastava". It is the continuation of the cooperation, since Slovenian company delivers Peugeot's engines to Zastava, which are then built in "Yugo".

Slovenian company is interested in servicing of about 35,000 Tam vehicles owned by Army of SCG.

"Viator i Vektor" produces small buses in Maribor. There is ambition to continue production in Slovenia and assemble buses in Kragujevac.
