The prices of agricultural land in Serbia are recording an unprecedented growth, and the market has seen a record that seemed unimaginable just a few years ago. According to the data of the Republic Geodetic Authority, a hectare of land was sold in the settlement of Rumenka for over EUR 500,000, which is an all-time high price.

This sale was announced on the Instagram page of TV Sremska and led to numerous reactions, especially among agriculturists and investors.

In addition to this outstanding case, the information that the average price of fertile soil in Vojvodina has reached EUR 15,900 per hectare speaks to the growing interest in quality arable parcels, as well as the trend of a constant price increase in this sector.
