Reliable information database as precondition for successful operations - experts from company "b4b" implemented modern SAP solutsion in Apatin's Brewer

Company “b4b”, the regional leader in SAP consulting, has successfully implemented the SAP solutions in the biggest brewery on territory of SCG - the Apatin brewer, which operates as a part of company “InBev” since 2003.

The project for implementation of SAP in the Apatin Brewer started on November 22, 2005, and, together with the post-production maintenance, lasted for 6 months. In that period, the analysis of the existing business processes in the Apatin Brewer was performed, as well as their modelling and standardization.

The financial modules were implemented, as well as analytics of the bills of buyers and suppliers, whereas, in the field of controlling, the cost center accounting (CO-CCA), overhead orders (CO-OM), profitability analysis (CO-PA) and profit centers accounting (CO-PCA) were introduced.

The main reason for all actions that were taken is the fact that the efficient operations are possible only if the information is easily accessable to the employees and if they are regularly updated.

The new software solution provides higher connection level between the segments of operations, integration of processes and information, which, as the end result, gives promotion of production and increasing of level of operations.
