This confirms the information published earlier by BiznisInfo.ba about the intention of the Belgrade-based company to acquire the Sarajevo-based company.
AB-Line owns three outlets in SCC: Martella, XYZ and Parfois; also Parfois in BBI, as well as Marella in Kapitol Street near the Eternal Flame memorial and the Parfois boutique in Ferhadija.
The Orsay boutique near the Cathedral is also within the group, but the owner of this location is the company N.G.A. whose co-owner is AB-Line.
The owner of AB-Line is Jozica Flander. According to the data of BiznisInfo.ba, AB-Line had total revenues of BAM 19 million and a net profit of around BAM 1.4 million in 2024. It employed 179 workers as of the end of last year.
Fashion Company Beograd is, as it claims about itself, the biggest retail company in the Southeast Europe region which does fashion and fashion retail and wholesale with 100 of its retail spots in Serbia and the region (Montenegro, North Macedonia, Croatia, Romania).
