The 18th REBEC 2025 will be held on June 3-4, in Hall IV of the Belgrade Fair. In this way, the organizer of the largest event in the field of real estate development in Southeast Europe pays tribute to the institution of the Belgrade Fair - a symbol of vision, development and great architectural ideas.

In the eighteen years of its existence and development, starting in 2008 and continuing until today, REBEC has been a mirror of the local, regional and international state of real estate development. Every year, first-class professionals gathered in Belgrade, sending messages and guidelines for further progress and development of real estate.

The growing needs of the market that REBEC covers, since 2015, have crystallized the concept by which the program takes place in the halls that we named after the rivers Sava and Danube. In these two halls, a parallel conference program was held, the topics of which covered all segments of real estate development.

Us - between Milan, Istanbul, Budapest and Athens

Belgrade is the only metropolis in the region between Milan, Istanbul, Budapest and Athens and it is quite natural that it strives for great achievements. And that it is possible to realize great events here is not only evidenced by our former fair history, but also by the fact that extremely serious events are constantly being created and maintained in Belgrade, such as REBEC, with guests and topics that any metropolis would be proud of.

The germ of the REBEC idea was born on the grounds of a vision of our seriousness, size and importance, which is why this event brings the world’s largest real estate development companies to Belgrade and its program ambitiously and meticulously deals with all aspects of this field. It educates, connects and networks people, predicts future trends and highlights brilliant personalities and their projects under the “dome” of our sky.

This year’s topics of our time

Over the two days of REBEC, on the stage under the names of the rivers Sava and Danube, a total of 22 panels will be held. On the first day, Tuesday, June 3, the main topic will be the development of the hotel industry, and on the second day, Wednesday, June 4, retail topics will be highlighted.

On the first day, in addition to panels related to the development of the hotel industry, we will present the processes that characterize the development of institutions, arbitration cases, general real estate development, common residential space & and slightly specific residential space, which is defined as affordable housing and the development of student accommodation.

On the first day, both halls will offer cream-of-the-crop topics: in the Danube Hall, we will ask ourselves what are the trends, risks and prospects for the successful development of the hotel industry. The moderator will be a representative of Horwath HTL who comes from Tirana, and the interlocutors will be representatives of the Hyatt, Radisson and Wyndham hotel families.

In the Sava Hall, representatives from Gensler from Berlin, Arcadis from London and Parcnouveau from Milan will present to us the main guidelines and trends in the development of urbanism and architecture, related and dedicated to each specific type of real estate development.

On the second day, June 4, in addition to the retail-oriented topics in the Danube Hall, the program in the Sava Hall will start with a discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence and digitalization on real estate development. Before lunch, there will be a panel dedicated to the EU taxonomy, and after lunch, a panel with the largest number of speakers so far, which is attracting increasing interest. It is a panel discussion on the topic of office space development.

After that, in the very finale of this year’s REBEC, a panel with a topic related to new horizons of logistics and industry development in SEE will be held.

This year’s REBEC concludes with a saga of the characteristics of exclusive investment destinations in the world.

Return to factory settings

At the beginning of the year, when the organization of the anniversary REBEC event was increasing its working capacity, in communication with professionals coming from the world of real estate development, an increased interest in physical participation and presence was noticed. The concept of software support with online technology was abandoned, so it can be said that REBEC 2025 has returned to 2019 in a professional sense. On the other hand, the need to expand the fair part became increasingly clear, due to the unequivocal expectations of potential exhibitors that this segment of REBEC is more than needed, and right now.

On this occasion, we would like to specially and additionally highlight this year’s REBEC exhibitors.

Kadena Properties will specifically promote three projects, the development and sale of which they lead with their expertise. The Kraljeve cesme project, in addition to the model, will present its model of service apartments. The project on the Danube, Marina Dorcol, will be shown with the help of digital technology on interactive screens. Alfa Hotel Management will present “The Isolano”, a 5-star boutique hotel in the Lungo Mare location on the island of Cres under the Autograph Collection brand from the Marriott group.

The block of exhibitors presenting technological, digital and similar products that have their application in the real estate development processes consists of PlanRadar, Vekom & Multivista, Fluks Trade FV and Dahua Technologies.

The event sponsors are DDG Group, We Share Space and Energy Concept. We Share Space will position its model of modern offices in the fair area, DDG Group will present the implementation of two grandiose undertakings: the construction of the first Marriott by Marriott hotel and the reconstruction of the impressive Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay complex.

Opis:
