The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has opened a public invitation for bids for the evaluation of the feasibility of the sale of the property of the company Standard Gas doo Novi Sad - in bankruptcy.

The aim of the evaluation is to determine the most favorable manner of the sale of the property - whether as a whole, in parts, or as a legal person - so as to achieve the highest value possible and repay the creditors.

The property encompasses real estate, movable property, stock and active court proceedings, aside from three passenger vehicles.

Bids may be submitted by June 6, and more details (in Serbian) can be found HERE.

Standard Gas was founded in 2000, and from 2006, according to the data from the company’s website, it traded liquefied petroleum gas exclusively. It started producing oil products in 2009, and from 2015, it did the production in its own facility.

According to the information from the company’s website, Standard Gas is the only privately-owned licensed producer of oil products in Serbia, as well as the biggest exporter of LPG from the country.

It has been in bankruptcy since September 2024.
