Tigar issues bonds again - Dividends until end of January 2012

Pirot-based Tigar holding has informed the investment public that it has issued short-term bonds with the nominal value of RSD 45 million, maturing on 25 February 2012.

Calculated using the proportional method, the interest rate amounts to 1.8% on a monthly basis

At the same time, this company has announced that dividends for the last business year will be paid until the end of January 2012, a month later than planned.

The Shareholders' Assembly of the Pirot-based company approved the payment of RSD 38 million dividends (RSD 22.05 per share) to shareholders in spring 2011.

At the closing of today's trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, Tigar share price was RSD 490, meaning that it has dropped by almost 30% since the beginning of the year.
