Centrosinergija: Innovations Which Drive Future Logistics

In the world of logistics, where speed, accuracy and reliability are the foundation of success, the company Centrosinergija stands out as a leader which traces the path to sustainable and efficient business through innovation. As part of the Moj Kiosk Group business system, Centrosinergija has grown into one of the largest distribution and logistics companies in Serbia, with a portfolio that includes renowned brands and distribution to more than 18,000 retail outlets.

One of the key steps towards the improvement of services was the digital transformation of the business. Since 2023, we have been using a digital delivery note in the delivery process, which has further accelerated and improved the process of delivering goods and made the data transparent and available to all interested parties.

In addition to digital delivery, Centrosinergija has implemented one of the world`s most advanced software solutions for optimizing transport and commercial routes. This system enables more precise planning, cost reduction and better utilization of resources, which directly reflects on reliability and speed of deliveries.

Continuous investment in process automation and infrastructure modernization, especially within the distribution-logistics center in Makish, has enabled a greater degree of efficiency and comfort for employees. This center represents the heart of a logistics network that includes 13 regional centers and enables a quick and reliable response to market demands.

In accordance with modern environmental trends, the Centrosinergija fleet was expanded to include 45 IVECO DAILY vehicles powered by natural gas, which further contributes to reducing the emission of harmful gases, especially in urban areas. We also acquired the first electric powered vehicles and started testing their performance in daily transport operations.

Innovations in Centrosinergia are not only technological, they are also organizational and cultural. Investing in digital tools and optimizing resources goes hand in hand with building a motivated and accountable team, thus laying the foundation for further growth, sustainability and leadership in the industry.
