Bank account of Krusevac-based Trayal unfrozen after three years

The bank account of Krusevac-based Trayal corporation was unfrozen on Friday (23 December 2011) after more than three years, reads a statement issued by this corporation. It is also stressed that this creates the preconditions for easier functioning of the corporation and the improvement of business relations with creditors and suppliers in the following period.

By a decision of the National Bank of Serbia, bankruptcy proceedings were about to be commenced against Trayal, but the Court of Commerce in Kraljevo made a decision on 14 October 2011 to adopt an earlier prepared reorganization plan.

This decision came into effect on 7 December 2011, and it was then forwarded to the National Bank of Serbia.
