Rumska Petlja ready for first investor - Capital Group starts construction of factory of hat components in 2012

The work zone Rumska Petlja will soon receive its first investor. It is the company Capital Group from Belgrade, which is engaged in the production of hat components, it was announced on the website of the municipality of Ruma.

The Municipal Council of Ruma adopted at its yesterday's session a Study justifying the allotment of a land lot to aforementioned investor for free. The market value of that land is EUR 76,000, which will later be paid to the municipality through income taxes for about 70 employees and other taxes. The Study now needs to be adopted by the local parliament and acknowledged by the Serbian government in order for the construction works to commence in April 2012.
