Responsibility towards the community and the environment are at the top of Mozzart`s priority list, the leader in the gaming industry in South-Eastern Europe. That is why the strategic direction is aligned with global trends and best practices, which is reflected in continuous business improvement. They are proud holders of internationally recognized standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001, which help to ensure the quality of services and increase the satisfaction of their users.

In a sustainability context, they are actively working on the implementation of environmentally friendly practices in their operations, but they also involve their employees in numerous volunteer environmental actions that they actively carry out on the territory of our country.

- The Mozzart company is committed to creating a sustainable future, not only for ourselves, but also for the communities in which we operate. We believe that responsible business operations are key to long-term success and that our role as a leader in the industry also entails active participation in creating positive changes. Recognizing the growing negative impact of climate change, we set a goal to improve our business in accordance with the highest environmental protection standards. As a socially responsible company, we have implemented the prestigious environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015, becoming the first company in its industry with this certificate - explains Toma Vukić, director of the licensing sector at Mozzart.

This standard, which is more commonly associated with industries which have a bigger impact on the environment such as manufacturing or construction, Mozart implemented at the level of a strategic objective. Through a special project, in the implementation of which all organizational units and top management participated, the company is focused on reducing its carbon footprint and harmful emissions in all aspects of its operations - from impact on soil and water, to air and waste.

- The implementation of the ISO 14001 standard has enabled us to improve our environmental processes. The company now recycles almost all of its waste, including PET packaging, paper, metal, electronic devices and toners, collaborating with the best operators for waste management. In the administration building, we have eliminated single-use plastic, by replacing it with sustainable products such as paper straws, and we regularly inform employees about the importance of environmental protection and encourage innovation in this area - Vukić adds.

The crowning glory of this engagement certainly came in the form of receiving the prestigious Oscar quality award, when Mozart was recognized as a champion of business excellence in 2024 by the FCQE Foundation for a Culture of Quality and Excellence, in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy.

- In accordance with the trust shown by the wider community and business, as well as the appreciation of being recognized in this way, in terms of quality and business excellence, our goal is to continue in this direction in the future as well and to give back to the community through our well-known socially responsible actions and contributions - Vukić points out and reminds, that the Mozzart company has supported numerous environmental actions in our country so far.
