Deadline for submitting regular annual financial statements to expire soon – Another 85,000 submissions expected

The Serbian Business Registers Agency has informed its customers that the legally-prescribed deadline for submitting the regular annual financial statement for 2024, whose balance sheet date is 31 December 2024, expires on Monday, 31 March 2025, at midnight.

The Agency will ensure the smooth compilation and submission of the statements during the weekend and until midnight on Monday, 31 March. In case any problems occur, obliged entities can email any questions they might have to the e-mail addresses available on the SBRA website, depending on the type of the problem.

So far, approximately 203,500 legal entities and entrepreneurs have fulfilled the obligation to submit their financial statement, and approximately 85,000 more statements are expected to be received by the expiration of the aforementioned deadline.
