Serbia-based Hypo Alpe Adria bank gave up takeover of sales contract on procurement of travel agency Putnik from American agency Uniworld. The Bank was interested in becoming the owner of Putnik, but it gave up because, during the check of financial and legal conditions in that company, it found out that the relation between Uniworld and Privatization Agency of Serbia is not clear.
