EPS looking for a company to transport 300,000 tons of coal from the Port of Bar to TENT B - Tender value EUR 9.8 million

Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) has signed a public procurement contract for the transportation of coal on the route Bar-TENT B. The value of the tender is estimated at RSD 1.14 billion, or about EUR 9.8 million.

As stated in the technical specification, the plan is to transport 300,000 tons of coal on the route Bar (Port of Bar, Montenegro), via Bijelo Polje (Montenegro) and Prijepolje (Serbia), to Vreoci (near Lazarevac, Serbia).

Coal will be transported by Ea series wagons, and the transportation will last from the moment contact enters into force until the delivery of the contracted quantities, approximately during one year.

The deadline for application is April 22.

Nalazi se na desnoj obali Save, 50 kilometara zapadno od Beograda i 17 uzvodno od kompleksa TENT A. Ima dve najveće energetske jedinice u Srbiji, snage od po 650 MW, koje su u pogonu od 1983, odnosno 1985.

U dosadašnjem radu blokovi TENT B postavili su gotovo sve rekorde u proizvodnji, dužini neprekidnog rada, satnom iskorišćenju, osnovnim pokazateljima efikasnosti i ekonomičnosti eksploatacije. (www.eps.rs/2025)
