"Hypo Alpe Adria" bank opened new office in Novi Sad, free opening of checking accounts for all citizens during first month

As a part of the programme for intensive expansion of business network in Serbia, "Hypo Alpe Adria" bank Belgrade has opened another office in Novi Sad in 12 Narodnog fronta Street, in the building of Petroleum Industry of Serbia.

The new office is the fourth business unit of the bank in Novi Sad, i.e. 24th location in the country. During the first month, all citizens will be able to open checking accounts free of charge in that office and, in that way, they will acquire the right to cash credit in amount of 500 - 5,000 EUR without endorsers and with the restricted deposit of 20% of the approved credit amount.

The repayment period is up to 6 years, nominal interest rate is 11% on annual basis and effective interest rate is 13.13 - 15.33%.

Free opening and administering of checking account and cash credits are part of the attractive package "HYPER HELLO", which contains many other products and services, such as overdraft in amount of one monthly salary, "VISA Electron" card, as well as additional card for a member of the family, e-banking services, etc.

"Hypo Alpe Adria" bank Belgrade plans to expand its business network even more in 2006. The plan is that, prior to December 31, 2006, the network includes 35 locations in 15 cities.
