NIS hires influencer agency, technical documentation encrypted - Campaign planned on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Company NIS a.d. Novi Sad has launched a procurement procedure for hiring an influencer agency.

The price offer includes the agency commission per campaign, as well as the total cost of campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube channels.

A one-year contract is concluded with the selected provider, with the first six months being a trial period.

- After six months from the date of signing the contract, the client accesses the assessment of the executor's work during the trial period and has the right to terminate cooperation with the executor without any financial and legal consequences if he is not satisfied with the executor's quality and manner of work - it is stated.

The bidder should submit the offer by filling in the required data according to the technical task, and the technical documentation is encrypted, given that it is, according to the invitation, of a "confidential nature".

- In order to access the technical documentation, the bidder should contact the procurement officer, who will send him the code via SMS after establishing that the bidder has a valid signed confidentiality agreement with NIS a.d. Novi Sad. In the event that the bidder does not have a signed confidentiality agreement, the procurement officer will begin drafting and forward it for approval and signature, after which the bidder will be forwarded a code for accessing the technical documentation - the invitation reads.

One of the documents that bidders should fill out is the "Ownership structure up to the level of real owners with supporting statements", where, among other things, they should state whether their company is on the SDN list (U.S. Specially Designated Nationals List) and the SSI list (U.S. Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List).

U.S. Specially Designated Nationals List is a list of individuals and legal entities designated by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) as entities with which US citizens and companies are prohibited from doing business.

U.S. Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List is a list of legal and natural persons subject to sectoral sanctions by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC - Office of Foreign Assets Control).

Offers are submitted exclusively in electronic form via the SAP portal https://srm.nis.rs.

The half-weekly application deadline is March 20.
