Marina Dorcol project obtains building permit

The long-expected settlement on the Danube bank, Marina Dorcol, has officially obtained the building permit for the construction of the first phase of the project. The Czech investor, the company Sebre, will commence the works on the first phase of the construction of the settlement, one of the most significant urban projects on the Danube bank, which encompasses key infrastructural works, including the preparation of the terrain, the construction of the first residential zone and the accompanying features which will shape the future look of the complex.

During the first phase of the project, works on the construction of 263 housing units, together with their accompanying pantries, and 430 parking spaces for the tenants are to be carried out. This phase will also encompass the construction of outlets on more than 5,000 square meters together with 100 parking spaces meant for external visitors.

What sets apart Marina Dorcol in the market is that it provides a high degree of privacy to all tenants, considering that each floor features only two to three apartments, whereas there are only 20 to 30 apartments per each entrance.

At the moment, the implementation of the tender for the selection of the main contractor for the first group of works up to the cote zero is ongoing, following which the construction will officially start in the second quarter of this year.

This carefully designed settlement combines modern technical solutions in the field of residence, and it is authored by a recipient of numerous awards, the architect Stanislav Fiala, and Jelena Kuzmanovic of the partnership studio Kuzmanovic + Fiala, whose style is characterized by innovation, quality and originality.

Upon completion, Marina Dorcol is expected to bring a whole new concept of life in this part of Belgrade, combining a residential part, commercial features and spacious public green areas along the river.
