Veterinarian Institute in Subotica to sell treasury stocks

Veterinarski Zavod Subotica (Veterinarian Institute), Serbian leading company in the field of veterinary medicine, wants to sell treasury stocks trough pro-rata offer which started November 30 and will be valid until December 7. Veterinarski Zavod has offered 650 shares at the price of RSD 383 a piece.
According to the Law on Companies, a company can acquire up to 10% of its own shares, but is obliged either to sell or retire them within one year from the moment of the acquisition. In the first six months of this year, company reported sales of RSD 1.6bn, while EBT amounted to RSD 48.5m. Shares have recorded decline of 43.1% since the beginning of the year. At the last price of RSD 330, its market cap is RSD 745.8m (EUR 7.2m).
