Industry for processing of fruit, vegetables and meat Budimka Požega expects buyer of 56% of stocks

The Privatization Agency of Serbia stated that it would offer 56% of the assets in the company for the production and sale of fruit, vegetables and meat “Budimka” from Požega for sale on the public auction on May 25th at the starting price of 164.9m CSD.

The minimal amount of investments in the future period will be about 290m CSD. The deadline for submittal of applications for participation in the auction is May 17t.

The total estimated value of the assets that are being privatized equals about 9.5m EUR. The company owns 3 factories for the processing of fruit, vegetables and meat, as well as a farm for the fattening of calves and an administration building.
