At the 46th International Tourism Fair, which is held between February 20 and 23 at the Belgrade Fair, the partner country will be Italy, the organizers announced. That form of partnership, as pointed out, is part of recognizing the potentials for the development of cooperation and a further improvement of the economic relations of the two countries.

– The participation of Italy as the partner country at this year’s Fair is of invaluable importance for Serbia, because, in addition to the presentation of the rich tourism offer of various Italian cities, regions and forms of tourism, the all-encompassing offer of the tourism capacities and the beautiful nature of Serbia will be presented as well, so that Italians would get to know the beautiful nature and tourism attractions of our country better in the future – says the announcement of the Belgrade Fair.

As said, Italy is a country of a magnificent cultural heritage, architecture, art and design history, fashion and gastronomy.

It is pointed out that, for several decades now, tourism has been the fastest growing industry in Italy and one of the most stable sectors of the national economy.

The income from tourism places Italy among the countries with the biggest revenues in that field, the announcement says.

This year’s tourism fair is held under the slogan “One Ticket, Endless Worlds”, and it will gather numerous exhibitors, professionals and experts from all fields of tourism and visitors from the whole world.

It has been announced that the 20th International Fair of the Hotel and Catering Equipment – HORECA will be held simultaneously under the slogan “Be Our Guest…”.
